☆House Rules☆ ⚠️ Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the guests reservation and removal from the property without a refund. ⚠️ No smoking inside the property. Feel free to smoke outside. Evidence of smoking or drugs in the home will result in an additional fees. ⚠️ No Pets Allowed of any kind at any time. Strict $500 fee if caught or found out. ⚠️ We want you to have fun and enjoy your time at our property, but ask that you respect the quiet hours that are from 10pm-7am. Excessive noise outside of these hours can result in us being fined by the county and potentially having our permit revoked. ⚠️ Check out is at 10:00am. Failure to check out by the designated check out time will result in additional late check out fee as this impacts our cleaners whole schedule. Please respect this. ⚠️ Excessive amounts of garbage, trash or dirty dishes left in the property will result in an additional cleaning fee ⚠️ You agree to notify me immediately upon check in of any housekeeping, cleanliness or maintenance issues (I will address it ASAP as I can not fix or clean something I am unaware of) ⚠️ Ensure your total number of guests matches that on your booking at all times. The city has very strict occupancy rules. ⚠️ Guests agree to abide by our cancellation policy upon booking as weather related events will not be refunded. ⚠️ Please be aware that we are near the airport as there may be some plane noise from time to time ⚠️ Please note we do not have a washer/dryer unfortunately. Please plan accordingly ⚠️ The body of water is not meant to be swam in, please swim at your own risk if so! ●Any breaking of these rules will incur an additional fee of $150/per occurrence● * Highly recommend for all guests to get travelers insurance for the flight(s) & the duration of the reservation in case of any sudden emergencies *
